My work explores the cycles of life, transformation, and the invisible connections that bind us. Through glass, I seek to give a tangible presence to what is fragile, ephemeral, or impossible to hold onto

I am fascinated by the ideas of cycles, loss, and renewal. I observe the ways in which people, memories, and materials transform while continuing to exist in another form. This reflection leads me to explore the contrast between our tangible relationships and the more subtle traces we leave within one another.

Glass has become my primary language because it naturally embodies this duality. It is both fragile and resilient, transparent and mysterious, fluid under heat and enduring once cooled. Its transformation demands constant presence: I must work with movement, temperature, and time, while accepting that part of the outcome will always remain unpredictable. This dialogue between control and letting go lies at the heart of my practice.

In my jewelry and memorial pieces, I sometimes incorporate ashes, hair, dried flowers, or other materials imbued with meaning. By encasing them in glass, I do not seek to freeze the past, but rather to create an object of remembrance and connection—an intimate form that allows a bond to be carried, shared, or preserved. Glass then becomes a passage between absence and presence, between what disappears and what remains.

Whether it is a memorial piece, a piece of jewelry, or a sculptural object, each creation is born from the same intention: to reveal the beauty of transformation. I hope my work invites people to slow down, to look differently at what may seem vulnerable, and to recognize the strength contained within the ephemeral.
