Memorial Keepsake WATER Pendant

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a detailed e-mail with instructions on how to prepare the ashes. It’s simple and efficient.Once we have received the ashes fabrication time is 3-5 business days before we send your order with any remaining ashes or elements.

 

The drop shaped pendant is made with the renowned material : Borosilicate glass, which is the strongest glass available. Each long glass pendant measures aproximately 3cm  in length and 1cm in width. Each pendant is hung from a 30 inch long stainless steel chain. Each pendant is filled with ashes and sealed.

Once the order is received you will receive a detailed e-mail with instructions on how to send the ashes. It is Easy and efficient. 

Once we receive the ashes by mail the fabrication takes between 3-5 business days before dispatch (Unless we are notified that it is urgent)

Shippings are processed from Monday through Friday. Orders leave the workshops and studio within  5 business days after we receive your payment. Should the delivery takes longer than expected, we will notify you.

Note that the workshops and studio are closed for the holidays.The dates will be announced and displayed in advance. 

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time and the choice of carrier are based on the destination.

 

For each delivery area, shipping time and fees are as follows ( estimated price for one piece of jewelry)

• Quebec and Ontario (Canada) via Canada Post: 2-5 business days; CA $15.00
• Rest of Canada via Canada Post: 2-7 business days; CA $18.50
• United States of America via USPS: 4-7 business days; US $27.99
• European Union  : 5-10 business days; € 22
• Other destinations  :5-10 business days; CA 35.00

 Customs fees may apply, payable by the recipient.

 

Conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery lead time (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Shipping time is thus not guaranteed and ASHA assumes no responsibility for them. Should a significant delay occur, please contact us. Any errors or incomplete addresses can cause additional delays and costs for transhipment.

ASHA insures the fabrication of quality pieces of jewelry, we want to inspire and delight you with your jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

You may return new items sold and fulfilled online by ASHA within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.Contact our Customer Care at ashaglass@gmail.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss.All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. ASHA will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
